The Naval Education and Training Command is the Philippine Navy's institution of learning. Its mission is to provide education and training to naval personnel so that they may be able to pursue progressive naval careers. Throughout the year, naval officers and enlisted men and women undergo career and specialization training at the NETC right in the heart of Naval Station San Miguel, San Antonio, Zambales.
